Project Leadership and Event Collateral
I was the project manager of Cisco Live over 2024 - 2026, coordinating closely with the event installers, Cisco brand HQ in the US, and my design team to ensure everything necessary was delivered on time and on brand. Each year, our team produced over 400 pieces of social media, print design and email communications to be featured at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for around 8,500 attendees.
Print and Web Campaign
I was solely responsible for developing the key artwork and overall look for Abbey’s product campaign. The concept had to work well across diverse applications viewed both close up and far away, including a landing page, animated Google ads, an informational booklet explaining the product, as well as POS materials for Abbey stores, all of which I was also in charge of building out based on the approved concept. The client was very pleased with the successful launch of the campaign throughout their stores.
Brand Refresh, Website and Print Design
I was the sole builder for the new eCommerce website of the Mental Health & Pastoral Care Institute. Replacing two older websites, this website offered expanded functionality for the client and united MH+PC’s two courses under a cohesive look and feel. The 125 different mental health articles on the website were organised in a searchable and filterable way which offered much more ease of use than the old Squarespace website.
App UI, Taxi Decals and Website Design
For the launch of Rydo’s taxi booking app in Australia, our team was required to develop a memorable brand which would distinguish them from competitors. I was responsible for building and design of the website, as well as testing the prototype app, creating revised UI mockups and graphics for their in-house developers to ensure the experience was user-friendly and on-brand. The app is now live throughout Australia and has had over 50,000 downloads.
Internal Communications and External Campaigns
Over 8 years our team worked extensively with many departments of Accor, designing large amounts of corporate documents and customer-facing campaigns for email marketing and social media. We had the freedom to adapt the brand creatively to a wide range of identities within Accor, evolving the look and feel of their documents over time to keep their collateral highly polished and modern.
Internal Communications
For 8 years I was involved in creating a diverse range of print, web, email and social media content for the pharmaceutical company MSD. I successfully balanced adherence to their brand guidelines with a degree of uniqueness and novelty within each project. Our impactful design has been well received in the company; our team’s design service was frequently recommended by their staff to additional departments and new countries, broadening our collaboration with MSD.
Event Collateral
Together with my team I was responsible for creating collateral for various recurring events of Dell, including the annual Dell Technologies Solutions Show. We coordinated with the events team and Dell brand headquarters to ensure the company’s incredibly stringent specifications for colour accuracy, logo size proportions and the correct application of design elements were always up to standards on every piece of collateral we delivered.
Report Design
Our team was responsible for designing the NSW Report on State Finances for several years. The challenge was to present dense financial data in a way which would appear highly professional, engaging, and easy to understand for the general public. The strong visual hierarchy of our layouts guide readers clearly through every page, while figures and trends are made more accessible through the use of graphs, charts and icon highlights.
Website, Point of Sale and Packaging Design
For the beverage company Creative Holdings, I applied the re’drinks brand our design team created from scratch to make 3D product renders, advertisements and PoS artwork. I was the sole builder of the Wordpress website, making each page layout into a reality and setting up all of the functionality on the website. With its bright and modern design, re’drinks was pitched successfully to Coles and is now being sold in over 1,000 stores across Australia.
Packaging and collateral design
From the start to the end of this craft brewery’s lifetime, our design team was heavily involved in supporting Two Birds with PoS and product design. I had the opportunity to be the sole designer and illustrator for 9 different cans which were then sold across Australia.
Print Design
Our team communicated closely with the marketing director of Revlon Professional Brands, crafting a brand story which unified their vast range of products within a 44-page portfolio. Together with designers on my team I conducted brand research, curated information and designed the pages which would best showcase Revlon Professional Brands as a sophisticated and luxurious leader in hair care.
Brand Design and Squarespace
I was solely responsible for the brand and website makeover for Buzz Consultants. The handdrawn and handwritten theme of the new brand helped their company appear more personal and approachable, and was successfully incorporated across many different elements such as their icons, service logos and website.
Internal Communications and Promotions
I was enlisted to refresh the internal branch materials of Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia. Their existing documents had been created over time by many different designers, sharing the vague branding of their logo and colours but otherwise having a haphazard aesthetic. To bring their company into the modern era, I created a new look with elements suggesting forward motion. These launched across a suite of new templates and were very well recieved by the marketing manager.
Web Graphic Design
Working with Network Ten for one year, I was given the unique opportunity to design content for the One, Ten, and Eleven websites. Tasks ranged from designing small website buttons and favicons to creating full-page competition banners, as well as site backgrounds and colour schemes for the pages of newly released TV shows.
